Food and Edibles
Catnip
is a common herb in the mint family, and herbalists recommend catnip for human use as a treatment
for headaches, fever, toothaches... and it is also used as a sleep inducer. Simply brew it up as a cup of catnip tea.

Garlic
will lower the risk of stomach cancer, lowers blood cholesterol, clears acne in its raw form, and makes a good
mosquito repellent when eaten.

Onions
when sliced, release sulfur compounds that evaporate and become a volatile gas. Those gases are what irritates
your eyes and causes them to water.

Swiss Cheese

has holes in it due to a certain bacteria called Propionibacter shermani that causes bubbles of carbon dioxide.
* ( The actual technical term for the holes is called: 'eyes'. )
